(2) finished glass and the design of the bending depth of the different. This shows that the tempered process parameters set the problem: in the heating stage, the heating temperature of the Tempered Glass is not enough; in the cooling stage, mainly the wind gate outlet and the outlet when the outlet is not synchronized, in the hair when a first open the hair, Hairy. (3) Finished glass tempered surface quality does not meet the design requirements.
The operator may adjust the bending time and the quenching time of the heating section, or the degree of tension of the bending section transmission chain, and solve the problem by adjusting the steel process parameters or equipment.
Class 2, flat steel tempered flat problem is not good. Such problems are mainly in the following five cases:
(1) Tempered Glass in the heating surface on the surface of the existence of temperature difference caused by deformation of the Tempered Glass
① The Tempered Glass plate is bent upwards. This phenomenon is due to the Tempered Glass in the heating furnace is heated, the Tempered Glass on the surface temperature is higher than the lower surface of the temperature, to maintain this temperature state of the Tempered Glass into the cooling room cooling, in the cooling process, when When the cooling temperature and the wind pressure of the upper and lower surfaces of the Tempered Glass are the same, the upper surface of the Tempered Glass is high, and the shrinkage of the upper surface after cooling is larger than that of the lower surface.
In this case, the temperature of the bottom of the furnace can be increased to minimize the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the Tempered Glass.
② Tempered Glass plate down bending. This phenomenon is due to the Tempered Glass in the heating furnace is heated, the Tempered Glass surface temperature higher than the upper surface of the temperature, to maintain this temperature state of the Tempered Glass into the cooling room cooling, in the cooling process, when Tempering glass on the surface of the cooling temperature and wind pressure conditions are the same, due to the lower surface of the Tempered Glass, cooling the lower surface of the shrinkage is greater than the upper surface, there will be tectonic glass plate downward bending deformation phenomenon. In this case, the temperature of the bottom of the furnace can be reduced to minimize the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the Tempered Glass.
(2) Tempered Glass in the middle of the heating and the edge of the existence of temperature difference caused by the deformation of the glass
After the heated glass is heated in the heating furnace, if the temperature of the intermediate part is higher than the temperature of the edge, the shrinkage of the middle part of the Tempered Glass will be greater than the lower temperature Of the amount of shrinkage, when the Tempered Glass is cooled to room temperature, the edge of the Tempered Glass will be larger than the size of the middle part of the Tempered Glass in the edge of the formation of a large compressive stress, resulting in tectonic glass plate downward bending deformation The phenomenon.
Similarly, if the Tempered Glass is heated in a heating furnace, if the temperature of its edge is higher than the temperature in the middle part, the shrinkage of the middle part of the Tempered Glass will be greater than the lower temperature The amount of shrinkage, when the Tempered Glass is cooled to room temperature, the size of the middle part of the Tempered Glass will be greater than the size of the edge of the Tempered Glass in the edge of the formation of a large tensile stress, resulting in the Tempered Glass plate upward bending The phenomenon of deformation.
